Nose
A mildly spicy aroma of bananas, lemon and bubblegum.
Palate
Crisp and sharp, with lemon and banana leading the way. A mild, spicy bitterness offsets the sweet, creamy, chewy cereals at its core.
Finish
Dry, chewy, softly bitter and spicy, with vanilla notes.
Comment
Quite a thin, dry German wheat beer, but there's nothing here to dislike. Slightly tart and sour – which is welcome in a beer like this.
