Nose
Tart fruit, grapey and citrus.
Palate
A winey, fruity acidity is well to the fore. Rather moussey texture. Full flavoured but generally on the sweet side with balance provided by tartness rather than hop.
Finish
Very subtle – almost non-existent. Just a drying, winey, bittersweet lightness.
Comment
An interesting, very pale lager fermented with a Champagne yeast. Spritzy and refreshing but may have more appeal for wine drinkers than beer fans.
