Milky-sour, oaky and mellow with a malty character.
Palate
Sweet, malty, oaky and slightly balsamic. The flavours are broadly ale-like with a milky sourness and a lightly tart edge that seems almost an afterthought.
Finish
Sweet but drying, oaky and malty.
Comment
Drinks like an oak-aged pale ale, with a little acidic zing.
