Nose
Not promising at first: skunky and then notes of sweetcorn. Mild herbal notes from the hops then take over, improving the aroma.
Palate
Bittersweet, crisp and herbal-hoppy, but also papery, grainy and tired.
Finish
After a mellow, sweet swallow, the finish is also sweet, but drying, and a little thick.
Comment
An undemanding premium lager from Indonesia. Not horrid, but there are faults which prevent it from being enjoyable.
