Butterscotch leads the way but a pleasantly bitter mix of pale malt and resinlike, tangy hops lies beneath. Slightly
warming with just a little citrus bite.
Rich and moreishly malty with tangy hop gradually taking over.
A smooth and mouthfilling beer in the continental blonde style rather than following the trend for golden ales with a citrus accent. The diacetyl note (butterscotch, as it is technically known) will not be to everyone's taste, but it works fine here.
