Nose: Malty and sharp, slightly earthy but smooth.
Palate: Malt provides most of the flavour but this brew is sweet and sharp at the same time, with a refreshing cidery acidity.
Finish: Sweet but dry, with a modest bitterness slowly developing.
Comment: Too sweet for most beer lovers and not at all taxing, but it's pleasant enough.
