Nose

Packed with hop resins. Bitter oranges, grapefruit and fruit cocktail notes lead the way over a barley sugar sweetness.

Palate

Bursting with zingy citrus fruit – grapefruit, tangerines and blood oranges. Lots of sweet malt support, making it full bodied but crisply bitter. Floral notes, too.

Finish

Dry, full, bitter and lipsmackingly hoppy, with lingering bitter citrus flavours.

Comment

A mighty, limited-edition beer. ‘Serve chilled', says the label, and the flavours are so robust that you can really get away with it. The name celebrates the brewery's advances in energy-efficient production.
